Sarah Wolf, L.M.T, is a graduate of the Swedish Institute, College of Health Sciences in New York City, where she was trained in Swedish, Shiatsu, and Medical Massage, and is licensed by the State of New York. She has received further certification in Pre- and Peri-natal massage by Carole Osbourne-Sheets; and in pre-and post natal yoga by Janice Clarfield of Urban Yoga in Vancouver. Sarah is also an A.L.A.C.E trained doula. She has received intensive training in connective tissue/deep tissue massage-with an additional focus on addressing pelvic and deep hip issues with women. She has been working as a massage therapist for over 14 years, and has been working with pregnant women for over six years. She has attended births as a doula and continues to be available for pre-natal support. Sarah believes that there are many paths to healing and wellness, and seeks to support each client in their journey. Her practice is a fusion of her trainings to address needs individually and she maintains current with continuing education in her fields of study. Her goal is that each person she works with gains relaxation and healing.
